● first let me tell you a story
Morning I went to this school for interview.
Pragati senior secondary school , Keshavpura kota, Sector 7 .
Maid was cleaning the office, door was opened, i was standing in the gallery, manager was in the corner inside.
Manager - haan bolo kya hai.
I - good morning sir, sir wo newspaper..
Manager - oh.. kya padha sakte ho.
I - I do prefer maths, but I can teach science too.
Manager - completed any degree ya chal rahi hai
I - chal rahi hai, b.tech, atki hui hai to kuch karna to padega mujhe
Manager - yaani fir aap pareshan karoge, roj bahaane maroge.
I - students ko dikkat nahi aayegi, syllabus bhi time pe ho jayega.
Manager - fir bhi, b.ed to ki ni hogi
I - nhi ki, but iska matlab ye to nahi k mujhe padhana hi nhi aata
I was sweating like hell and even I was tired of walking, searching the school in streets, he did not even ask me to enter in into the room. The maid had cleaned the room and turned on cooler, so there was problem to understand what he was speaking
Manager - bla bla bla
I - sorry, can we talk inside ?
Manager - yeah , come
I entered in, he did not even ask me to sit

I - classes to mujhe 4 se kam leni hai.
Manager - haan fir bhi, salery kitna loge.

Manager (in irritation and rude way) - mujhe leni hai ya aapko, koi expectations to hogi.
I - mujhe kota me apna kharcha nikalna hai
Manager - yaani 10,000 de du ? 8 rahne khaane k , 2 pocket money ke
I - maine aisa nahi kaha
Manager - so .. to btao na munh khol ke kya chahiye
I - mujhe pata nahi kota me teachers ki rate kya hai, kisko kitna dete hai
Manager - to jao, bahar jao, baaku schools me rate poochho fir hamare paas aao.
I - aap hi bata dete to mujhe jaana nahi padta,
Manager - nahi, aap jao, khud pata karo, fir aao
● kota, education city -
But in schools, in almost schools, who are printing their banners with merrits and high marks, are not making them. The ninety percent students have studied from coachings only. In school, just pay Money and you get full sessional marks.
● in this case, was it an interview ?
I wasn't sent to class for demo nor I was asked for my resume, and in some schools I have notice an excuse by them (so that they can give less salery )
- you are untrained because you haven't done b.ed
● above 80 % teachers of kota's coachings (which give top ranks all over india in engineering and medical entrance exams) , don't know what is B.ed
I have seen the b.ed system, students mugging up
विद्यार्थियो के बीच सकारात्मक वातावरण का निर्माण'
Do they know the actual meaning of this line, Can they do this and show you ?
So how can you say an student without b.ed is untrained ?
I saw students sleeping in the class of M.ed holders
Back to the story,
I went back to pragati, there was some meeting going on in office, I thought to not to insult him in public.
I waited for some time , I wrote my words on another side of my resume page and went to the room
Manager - (shockingly) kya hua ?
I - aapne jo kaam kaha tha wo maine kar liya
Manager - (looking at tge staff and some another people) silent
I , throwing the resume on the table - ye mera resume, aage resume hai peechhe kuch application hai, aap hi padhna aur akele me padhna.
He started reading it there only and the resume page was front of staff people (he was reading another side) , they were staring at the resume and manager suddenly kept it down.
I - kuch samajh me aaye aur jawab soojhe to resume me meri contact details hai, sampark kijiyega. Chalta hu.

I wish I could see his 12'o clock face for some more time
● school should see the knowledge of the candidate and his teaching way, qualification doesn't matter.
● even if someone facing financial crisis and coming on your door to ask for some work, and you are hiring him, you are not owning him
● if you are keeping banners in all the public places, street corners for the publicity of your school then maintain the quality of education and administration of your school.
● A job seeker is not a begger, he is asking 'less' of what he 'deserves'
● if you think only you can insult, you are wrong .
I even told this to my mom and friends and most of them scolded me for what I have done, but I am proud of my some friends who said 'chak saale ko maar ke aate hai '
Just kidding 😊, even they were kidding to make my mood fine.
Well, let me see if I can recover for my sins by being a part of 'bussiness of education' in kota or I should leave this place and quit study only.
● Resume and Performance should be the thing to be seen in interview, not the bloody 'excuses to declare candidate not eligible for even eligible salery'
Even resumes can be copied / made with the help of anyone, institutions should think about it.
I brought this resume with me to give him , I did not gey the job, but I did not waste it (resume) !
